The Planning Commission (PC) meets once a month from September through June in the Teacher's Lounge at the Enosburgh High School. Meetings are from 7-9pm on the first Wednesday of the month. Starting in November 2010 we will meet on the first Thursday of the month. The next meeting is on Wednesday October 6th at 7pm. The public is encouraged to attend.

The responsibilities of the PC are to create and amend the Town Plan, the Zoning Bylaws, and the Subdivision Regulations. The PC also oversees the Zoning Administrator.
The Zoning Administrator meets with the commission regularly to provide reports and feedback, which are taken into consideration during the planning process.

Currently the PC is updating the zoning bylaws to incorporate the subdivision regulations so that citizens will have one working document instead of two. As we update the zoning bylaws our focus is to make the document more accessible.
